These terms govern your use of okawall.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site you accept these terms.
Who we are
Okawall is a print-on-demand wall-art studio operated by Freedom Art, Unit G, Global Park, Colchester, CO1 2TJ, United Kingdom. Contact us at support@okawall.com.
Orders
All orders are an offer to buy, subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud. Each print is made on demand once your order is placed.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken via Stripe at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
Shipping
Standard shipping is free worldwide on every order. Delivery estimates are guidance only and not guaranteed. See Shipping & returns for current delivery windows.
Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return window on standard items. Full details are in our Return policy.
Intellectual property
All artwork, images, copy, and brand assets on okawall.com are owned by Okawall or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially redistribute any content without written permission. Purchase of a print grants you the right to display it in your home or office, not to resell or reproduce it.
User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, scrape content at scale, or interfere with normal operation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home country apply.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
