Each piece is printed on demand in our EU or US okawalls within 24 hours of ordering, then shipped via carbon-neutral courier. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days within the EU, 4–7 days within the US, and 7–10 days internationally.
Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, to anywhere we deliver worldwide.
What's your return policy?

Every Okawall print comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked return guarantee. If it doesn't feel right on your wall, send it back and we'll refund you in full.
Which medium should I choose?

Canvas is warm and matte — ideal for living rooms. Framed prints add a refined edge for bedrooms and studies. Metal sings in modern interiors. Acrylic gives a luminous, museum-grade finish. Poster is the affordable starting point, frame-ready.
Are the prints archival?

Yes. We print on 380gsm canvas and 250gsm matte fine-art paper with pigment inks rated for 100+ years of colour stability under normal indoor lighting.
Do you offer custom sizes?

Standard sizes cover most rooms. For bespoke commissions or oversized commercial pieces, email support@okawall.com and our studio will quote within 48 hours.
How are new artworks created?

Thirty new pieces are released every morning, generated and curated by our studio collective and human-reviewed before publishing.
Can I see how a print will look in my room?
