Returns process
- Email support@okawall.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll send a prepaid return label by the next business day.
- Pop the print back in its original tube or flat-mailer and drop it at any courier point.
- Refund lands in your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
