Return policy

We want every Okawall piece to feel exactly right in your space. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund — no questions, no restocking fees.

How to return an item

1. Email us at support@okawall.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for return.
2. Receive your label — we'll send a prepaid return label by the next business day.
3. Repack the print in its original tube or flat-mailer with all protective wrapping intact.
4. Drop it off at any DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail collection point.
5. Refund processed within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect orders

What's eligible

• All standard sizes and mediums (canvas, framed, metal, acrylic, poster) within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns from outside the UK and the EU are accepted, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What's not eligible

• Custom or commissioned originals, unless damaged or defective.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Items returned without their original packaging or visibly damaged through misuse.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, medium, or artwork, simply return the original for a full refund and place a new order.
